Nicely charred making a great crust, perfectly cooked and well rested. From the first bite, they could have have used a bit more salt, but easily rectified with the good quality table salt grinder. The sides were decent, although we found the mashed potatoes a bit gummy - over whipped (more like puréed). The starters (calamari and soft-shelled crab) were also very good, as was the bread service.
