I. How to make?
Step 1:
Make the dressing:
- In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt (or sour cream), mayo, honey, minced garlic, chili flakes, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Taste and adjust as needed - this is your creamy base ๐ฉโ๐ณ

Step 2:
Toss it all together:
- Add sliced cucumber, red onion, corn, and chopped dill to the dressing.
- Mix until everything is coated evenly.

Step 3:
Chill:
- Pop it in the fridge for 10โ15 minutes (or longer) before serving. It tastes best cold!

II. How to store?
- This salad is best enjoyed cold and fresh, right after mixing or after a short chill in the fridge.
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. The cucumbers may release a bit of water over time - just give it a quick stir before serving!
